The story
Long days on 12V
Users of M12 cut-off tools, HACKZALLs, lights and heated clothing get the most runtime from the 6.0 Ah pack. Milwaukee states up to three times more runtime and up to 20 percent more power than other lithium-ion packs of its class, so a cutter or light lasts a full shift.
Cold-weather ready
It works down to −20 °C, which matters for outdoor work in the Nordics. REDLINK electronics, individual cell monitoring and a welded frame protect the cells from overload, imbalance and drops, so the pack keeps its capacity over many seasons of site work.
Charging
It charges in 95 minutes on the M12-18 FC and 130 minutes on the C12 C or M12 C4 four-bay charger. It comes in the top M12 FDD2, CHZ and FCOT kits, so many users already own one; a spare keeps the tool running while the other pack charges.
