Four removable heads
Chuck, right-angle, offset and hex heads change without tools.
02
130 mm short mode
Hex drive behind the chuck shortens the tool for tight gaps.

Brushless 34 Nm
FUEL motor handles 28 mm wood bores and 10 mm steel.
The story
One body, four heads
Installers who work inside cabinets, between studs and next to walls often carry three tools for the job. The FDDX replaces them with one M12 body and quick-change heads: a 10 mm metal chuck for drilling, a right-angle head for joists, an offset head for screws close to corners and a hex holder.
How it works
The brushless POWERSTATE motor delivers 34 Nm over two gears, enough for 28 mm wood bores and 10 mm holes in steel. With the chuck removed, the hex drive behind it shortens the tool to 130 mm, and an in-line grip gives good control in awkward positions. A magnetic holder keeps spare bits on the tool.
Where it fits
The tool runs on any M12 battery and charges on the C12 C or the M12-18 FC charger. Bare and HD Box versions are available for users who already own M12 packs, and the heads suit electricians and kitchen fitters working at close quarters.
