The story
For the power-hungry tools
Plunge saws, circular saws, mitre saws, the planer and the cordless extractors draw the most current in the Festool range. The TBX 8 gives them the runtime and sustained power they need: Festool pairs it with the TSC 55 K, HKC 55 K and OFKC 500 for maximum endurance. Tabless cells run cooler, work in heat and cold and can be recharged right after use.
Quick back in service
On the SCA 16 AIRSTREAM charger it is ready again in about 25 minutes, according to Festool. Bluetooth starts a paired CLEANTEC extractor, and the app shows charge level, temperature and cycles. It fits Festool 18V tools except the ETSC 125, RTSC 400, DTSC 400 and CTC SYS.
