The story
The charger most kits ship with
The TCL 6 charges every Festool battery pack from 10.8 to 18 V, including the new tabless TBX packs, with the exception of the old BP-XS packs for CXS/TXS drills. At 6 A it is a rapid charger, and the LED display shows the charge state at a glance. Many Festool Plus and Set kits include it, so it is a common spare for a second workstation or the van.
Tidy in the workshop
The cable wraps around the housing, and a mount lets you hang it on the wall beside the tool rack. For a faster turnaround with tabless packs, Festool offers the SCA 16 AIRSTREAM charger; for two packs, the TCL 6 DUO.
