The story
Holes for back boxes
Electricians fitting flush sockets and switches in brick, block and aerated concrete need clean 68 mm holes, often dozens per room. This carbide-tipped core cutter drills them with an SDS-plus hammer, and the pilot bit keeps the start on the marked centre.
Complete set
The set includes the 68 mm cutter with 50 mm cutting depth, a 105 mm SDS-plus arbor, the 8 mm TCT pilot drill and the Allen key, 182 mm long in total. Use it in a robust SDS-plus hammer; for heavy masonry a hammer of the M18 FH class is the right match.
