The story
From grinding to finish
Metalworkers and installers use a flap disc after the grinding disc to blend welds, smooth edges and prepare surfaces for paint. Grit 80 is the middle ground between fast removal and a smooth finish, and the flaps wear evenly so the disc keeps its shape.
Zirconium grain
High-quality zirconium grain lasts longer than standard aluminium oxide on steel and can be used to a limited extent on stainless steel. It fits every 125 mm grinder with a 22.2 mm bore. Grits 40, 60 and 120 are available for other stages.
