Reach into the fitting
Mounting fittings, drawer runners and hardware often means screws at the bottom of a recess or behind an edge the drill body cannot pass. A 100 mm bit keeps the chuck clear of the workpiece, and TX 20 is one of the most common sizes in furniture and fitting screws. Kitchen fitters keep a pair in the drill case for exactly these jobs.
CENTROTEC fit
The bits click into the WH-CE CENTROTEC chuck of Festool FastFix drills such as the TXS 18, CXS 18, T 18+3, TDC 18/4 and TPC 18/4. Nickel-plated tips last longer, and the chrome coating protects against corrosion. TX 15, 25 and 30 versions are available in the same length.
