The story
Bits that survive impact
Impact drivers put short, hard torque peaks through the bit that snap ordinary bits. These are extra impact-resistant, for decking, substructures, carports, pergolas and timber construction where the TID 18 drives long screws all day. The selection covers the Torx sizes used on most construction screws plus PZ 2 for fittings.
Compact kit
The bits sit in a small BitBOX with the BH 52 holder, so they fit a pocket or the Systainer lid. The 1/4" hexagon drive fits the TID 18 directly; Festool notes the set is not suited to the CENTROTEC chuck.
