The story
Who it's for
Carpenters and trim crews cutting joists, rafters, skirting and wide boards where site power is limited or not yet connected. The glide arm needs less space behind the saw than rail designs, so it fits against walls and in smaller rooms.
What sets it apart
BITURBO runs a 305 mm blade from a single 18V battery with corded-class output. Tool-less blade change, front bevel controls, a motor brake and speed selection with an ECO mode are standard. The included GCY 42 Bluetooth module shows battery status and settings.
How it fits
For full power Bosch recommends ProCORE18V packs of 5.5 Ah or more, shared with the rest of the 18V range. It mounts on Bosch GTA stands. Because of its size and price it is also offered for per-project rental. A 305 mm Expert for Wood blade comes fitted.
