The story
Layout for the whole room
Drywall installers, tilers, electricians and kitchen fitters use a 3 × 360° laser to set out ceilings, partitions, cabinets and socket heights. With one horizontal and two vertical planes, the DCE089G marks level lines on every wall and square lines on floor and ceiling from a single setup.
Green beam, site-proof build
The green diode is much easier to see indoors than red, giving 30 m of visible range and 50 m with a detector in pulse mode. Accuracy is ±3 mm at 10 m. The rubber-overmoulded housing is IP65 rated and drop tested, and a locking pendulum protects the mechanism in transport.
Battery powered from the XR range
It runs on a 12V XR battery, so no disposable cells are needed. The magnetic pivoting base has a 1/4 inch thread for tripods and brackets. This kit includes one 2.0 Ah battery, a target and mounting bracket in a TSTAK-compatible case.
