The story
For the roughest sites
Groundworks, M&E and concrete crews need storage that survives rain, mud and being dragged across rubble. The DS450 is the base unit of the TOUGHSYSTEM 2.0 range: a 60 l box on large wheels with a detachable metal handle, rated to carry heavy stacks between the van and the work area.
Sealed and lockable
IP65 sealing protects tools against dust and water jets. The auto-connecting side latches lock boxes together as soon as they are stacked, and release with one hand. A metal-reinforced padlock eye secures the contents, and the box is prepared for a Tool Connect tracker.
Build the system
TOUGHSYSTEM 2.0 modules such as the DS166 and DS300 boxes, drawer units and half-width organisers stack on top and lock in place. An adapter links the system to TSTAK, so lighter tool kit boxes can ride on the same mobile base.
