The story
For edge banding
After edge banding has been flush-trimmed, a small radius gives a durable, comfortable edge. This cutter is made for the OFK 500 and OFKC 500, whose base runner supports the ball bearing, so the radius runs out cleanly with a 5° transition that protects the panel surface.
Low profile
The bearing mount sits flush, so the cutter can work in rebates and on stacked panels. Two carbide edges give a long life, and the cutter installs with a single screw. Pair it with an R2 or chamfer cutter for different edge profiles on the same machine.
