The story
Clean metal cuts
Electricians, plumbers and mechanical fitters cutting conduit, threaded rod, unistrut and pipe need square, clean ends without sparks or burrs. The compact band saw cuts material up to 85 mm and is light enough to use one-handed at height, so offcuts come away ready to fit without filing.
Designed for safety
Removable covers enclose the blade and fit or come off without tools. A dual-action trigger prevents accidental starts, and variable speed lets the user match blade speed to the material, from thin-wall conduit to solid rod. Milwaukee states it cuts 20 percent faster than the previous model.
Everyday details
Tool-free blade locking, an adjustable lockable shoe, a metal rafter hook and an LED make it practical on site. It runs on all M18 packs and comes bare in a kitbox or as a kit with two 2.0 Ah batteries and a charger.
