The story
A table saw that travels
The CSC SYS 50 is for interior fitters and joiners who want table-saw accuracy on site for strips, infill panels, trims and small parts. It cuts up to 48 mm high, rips 280 mm on the fold-out table and crosscuts 450 mm on the ball-bearing slide. Tilting from -2° to 47°, and to -10° at reduced depth, handles undercuts.
Digital precision
Blade height and angle are driven by stepper motors and entered on the display or dial, parallax-free and accurate to a tenth of a millimetre. Four blade positions can be stored, and the Festool app adds settings and operating data. The brushless EC-TEC motor spins at up to 6,800 rpm on two 18V packs from 4.0 Ah.
Everything in the lid
The Systainer hood goes over the saw for transport, and the lid holds blades, riving knives, fence, profile rail and chip bag. It docks with the Systainer system and bott van racking, and connects to CLEANTEC extractors including the cordless ones. The Basic-Set adds the UG-CSC-SYS underframe.
