The story
Ripping where there is no power
Carpenters working on roofs, lofts and early-stage new builds often need to rip battens, fillets and sheet strips before temporary power is installed. The DCS7485 brings a real table saw to those places: a 210 mm blade cutting 65 mm deep, with DeWalt quoting 92 m of 19 mm OSB per 6 Ah FLEXVOLT pack.
Proper table-saw features
The rack-and-pinion fence moves parallel for accurate rips up to 610 mm right and 318 mm left, and the blade bevels to 45°. A cast table top stays flat, and the steel roll cage protects the saw when it is thrown in a van or dropped onto a scaffold deck. A push stick, mitre gauge and dust adaptor are included.
Shares batteries with the site
It runs on the same FLEXVOLT packs as the mitre saw, SDS hammers and extractor, so a crew can go fully cordless. Since a table saw is usually needed for short phases, it is also available from our rental fleet.
