The story
Who it's for
Plumbers, electricians and strip-out crews cutting through studwork, pipe, nail-embedded timber and insulation. The balanced weight and a curved handle that supports several grip positions make it workable overhead and in the upside-down position for flush cuts. It also handles plastic pipe and insulation on strip-outs.
What sets it apart
The brushless motor gives corded-class cutting speed with a 28 mm stroke. A snap-in blade clamp lets you insert and eject blades one-handed without tools, and a rafter hook lets the saw hang from a joist or ladder between cuts.
How it fits
It runs on any Bosch Professional 18V or AMPShare battery. The box includes one Progressor wood blade and one metal blade, and a 4.0 Ah or larger pack gives it enough runtime for demolition work. Speed is continuously variable through the trigger.
