The story
For electrical contractors
Electricians terminating power cables in switchrooms and substations handle a wide range of lug sizes. The HDCT crimps connectors from 10 to 300 mm² with no dies to carry or change, which speeds up work and removes the risk of using the wrong die.
Consistent results
Auto distance control measures travel and pressure, so every crimp looks the same across the range. Predictive Force Monitoring completes each cycle and shows a green light when full pressure is reached. The 180° rotating head frees one hand to hold the cable.
Documentation and system
Each crimp is logged and exported through the ONE-KEY app for customer reports. A battery check before each cycle prevents incomplete crimps, and Milwaukee quotes up to 90 crimps on a 2.0 Ah pack. Sealed electronics resist dust and moisture, and it belongs to the FORCE LOGIC family.
