The story
The problem solver
Renovators, carpenters and plumbers use it for the cuts nothing else reaches: trimming door casings for new flooring, plunge cuts in floorboards, cut-outs in plasterboard and flush cuts through pipe and fixings. The wide oscillation angle removes more material per stroke than older tools.
Speed to suit the job
A ten-setting dial with auto-load lets the tool idle gently and pick up speed as the blade meets the work. The 180° LED ring lights the cut from all sides, and FIXTEC swaps blades and sanding pads in seconds; the included adapter takes most other blade fittings.
Supplied ready to work
It comes with an OPEN-LOK wood blade, a sanding pad and a stack of abrasive sheets, in bare, one- or two-battery versions. Add a bi-metal multi-material blade for work with nails and screws and it covers most second-fix jobs. The OPEN-LOK fitting also takes blades from other systems.
