The story
Plunge cuts in timber
Carpenters and floor layers trimming door casings, cutting openings in floorboards and notching joists use a wood plunge blade most. The three-cut teeth cut on each oscillation for speed in soft and hard wood, and it cuts 50 mm deep.
For clean timber
Use it where there are no nails or screws; for mixed material switch to the bi-metal multi-material blade. The universal OPEN-LOK anchor fits the M18 FMT and M12 FMT without an adapter. Also sold in three- and ten-packs. It is 35 mm wide for precise plunge cuts.
