The story
Heavy breaking, battery powered
Groundworkers and demolition crews use a 30 kg breaker for slabs, footings and reinstatement work. The HM004G delivers 72.8 J at 870 blows per minute, a level previously limited to large corded or petrol breakers, with no exhaust fumes and no cable across the site.
Designed for the operator
AVT reduces vibration to 6.5 m/s², soft start avoids the point skipping as you begin, and constant-speed control holds the blow rate as the material changes. Twin LEDs light the work area, and an anti-restart function prevents unexpected starts after a battery change.
Hire and system
Two XGT batteries power it, so it can share chargers and packs with a fleet of 40Vmax tools. It is a typical hire-shop machine: expensive to own, and needed for a few days on a project. AWS support allows automatic extractor start where dust control is required.
