The story
Breaking where there is no power
Plumbers, groundworkers and building contractors breaking out floors for drainage, footings or controlled demolition often lose the first hour finding power. The TE 2000-22 needs only two charged Nuron batteries and is carried to the spot on its trolley, so work starts as soon as the crew arrives.
Performance and comfort
It delivers 38.2 J per blow at 1800 blows per minute and weighs 17.4 kg without batteries, around 10 kg lighter than comparable battery breakers according to Hilti. Vibration is 2.7 m/s², very low for the class. Hilti rates a pair of B 22-255 packs at half a tonne of concrete, or 1.5 t with the optional battery case.
Range fit
It uses TE-S chisels, like the corded TE 1000-AVR, and the TE DRS-B hood to cut fine silica dust by up to 95% with a Hilti extractor. It sits alongside the corded TE 3000-AVR for larger jobs. The trolley version is the standard pack, with a bare-tool and battery-case option too, and we offer it for hire.
