The story
Keep the sander cutting
Worn or damaged pads spoil the finish and extraction. The soft pad is the universal choice for flat and slightly curved surfaces in furniture making and painting, and its hook-and-loop face is heat resistant for long sanding runs. The hole pattern matches MULTI-JETSTREAM 2 discs for full dust extraction.
Check the foam
Festool advises checking the pad foam for ageing and wear before use. The pad screws onto the M8 spindle of the ETS 150, ETSC 2 150, ETS EC 150, LEX 150 and WTS 150/7. Hard and super-soft versions are available for other surfaces.
