The story
For electricians
Electricians stripping and terminating wire in consumer units and back boxes normally carry several pliers. This one combines a stripper for 0.75 to 6.0 mm² conductors, a cable cutter, a crimper, a bolt cutter, a loop maker and gripping jaws in one tool.
Build details
Laser-hardened curved cutting edges cut copper and aluminium cable up to 6 mm and hard wire up to 2.5 mm. A reaming head smooths conduit ends from 12 to 25 mm, and a rust-protection finish reduces corrosion and extends the life of the tool.
Carrying
A spring-loaded one-handed lock keeps the pliers closed in a pouch and opens easily when needed, so they can be drawn and used with one hand on a ladder. At 230 mm long they fit standard tool pouches, and they are covered by the Milwaukee hand tool lifetime guarantee.
