The story
M-class without a socket
Renovation crews, electricians and fitters working in occupied homes need certified extraction but often lack a free socket. The CTMC MIDI I uses two 18V batteries to drive a 36 V turbine with suction close to a corded unit, and is approved for class M dust such as mineral dust from drilling and chasing. There is no cable to trip over on stairs or in finished rooms.
Works with the cordless range
Pair it with a Bluetooth battery and it starts when the cordless tool starts; the CT-F I remote on the hose does the same for cleaning. Three suction levels trade power for runtime, which Festool gives as 24–45 minutes on two 8.0 Ah packs. Manual dedusting restores suction as the bag fills. Supplied with main filter, SELFCLEAN bag, 3.5 m smooth antistatic hose and remote.
