The story
For coated panels
The TSV 60 K is aimed at shopfitters, kitchen makers and facade installers cutting melamine, veneered board, HPL and composite panels where both faces must be clean from the first cut. A 47 mm diamond scoring blade running at 22,000 rpm scores the underside ahead of the main 168 mm blade, even on bevels from 0° to 45°.
Power and protection
The main blade is driven by a 1,500 W brushless EC-TEC motor and cuts up to 62 mm deep. KickbackStop detects kickback while sawing or plunging and stops the blade; a quick-acting brake stops it at switch-off. Scoring and main blade can each be switched in or out, and both change easily with the FastFix spindle lock.
Panel-cutting system
It runs on FS guide rails and the cross-cutting rail system, connects to CLEANTEC extractors and uses the plug it cable. The Plus version ships in a Systainer³ SYS3 M 437 with main and scoring blades; the Plus-FS adds a 1,900 mm FS rail.
