The story
For serious breaking
Demolition contractors and groundworkers use a 30 kg-class breaker to remove slabs, footings, kerbs and road surfaces. The D25981 is the top of DeWalt's corded breaking range, with 62 J of single-blow energy through a 28 mm hex holder, so a crew can open up concrete much faster than with a lighter demolition hammer.
Low vibration for a big hammer
Active Vibration Control and a suspended handle absorb recoil, giving a declared 4.8 m/s² hand-arm vibration value, which matters for daily exposure limits. Constant-power electronics hold the blow rate under load, and the design is made for easy servicing to keep downtime and repair costs down.
Mains power, rental friendly
The 230 V -QS version suits Nordic and European sites. It is also available as a kit with trolley and pointed chisel, which makes moving 31 kg between work areas far easier. Because breaking is usually a short phase of a project, it is a natural candidate for our rental fleet.
