## The story

### Extraction where there is no socket

The CTLC MIDI I is for installers, service technicians and fitters who work in occupied homes, new builds without power or on short jobs where running a cable is a nuisance. It extracts from cordless saws, sanders and drills and handles final clean-up, with a turbine comparable to a corded unit.

### Starts with the tool

A Bluetooth battery on the tool switches the extractor on and off automatically; a remote on the hose starts it for cleaning. Suction has three levels to balance power and runtime: 12–22 minutes on two 4.0 Ah packs and up to 45 minutes on two 8.0 Ah packs. Manual filter dedusting restores suction as the bag fills.

### System details

It is approved for dust class L. The top takes Systainers via T-LOC and doubles as a shelf, the hose stows inside, and the main filter changes from outside without tools. The Festool app shows suction data and sends warnings. The Basic unit comes without batteries, with a 3.5 m antistatic hose and remote.
